    About Luxe Link Business Solutions

Fifteen years inside the room where these decisions get made.

Luxe Link Business Solutions is a boutique executive advisory practice built on a single observation: transformation almost never fails on the technology. It fails on the people side, and most organizations are not staffed to see it coming.

    Meet The Founder

    Tiffany Ingram, Ed.M.

"I've sat at the table where these decisions get made. I know what resistance looks like. I know what alignment feels like. And I know exactly what it takes to make change stick."

Tiffany Ingram did not arrive at this work from a textbook.

She spent fifteen years in executive human resources, most recently as Global Director of HR for a global consumer products manufacturer, leading workforce strategy across international, distributed teams. Manufacturing is an unforgiving place to run change. When a rollout does not land, it shows up on the production floor within the week, and no amount of executive enthusiasm covers it.

Before that, the U.S. Army. That is where the structure came from, and the habit of planning for the version of the day that does not go well.

She built this practice around the work she had spent fifteen years doing anyway: telling leadership teams the truth about what was actually happening in their workforce, early enough to do something about it.

She holds a Master of Education from the University of Illinois, is a certified CPD AI Consultant and IAAIC member, and teaches AI literacy to adult learners and working professionals at Rock Valley College.

The Bet This Practice Is Built On

Nearly every advisory firm in this market is currently selling AI readiness. Luxe Link is not an AI firm.

This is a change management practice. AI is the current catalyst, and it is a serious one, but it is not the subject. The organizations struggling with AI adoption today are the same organizations that struggled with the ERP implementation, the reorg, and the hybrid work policy, and they are struggling for the same reason each time.

When this cycle cools, and it will, the firms built on the acronym will have nothing left to sell. The problem underneath it will still be there. That is the work.

    Who This Is For

A clear fit, or a clear no.

    A good fit

    • →Growing organizations between 50 and 250 people carrying real complexity without a dedicated HR function
    • →HR leaders inside larger organizations who can see the exposure and need a senior voice the C-suite will hear
    • →Leadership teams that would rather hear an uncomfortable diagnosis than a comfortable proposal
    • →Public sector and government buyers who need compliance documentation that survives an audit

    Not a good fit

    • →Organizations looking for a policy document to file rather than a process to change
    • →Buyers who want the assessment to confirm a decision already made
    • →Engagements where no executive is accountable for the outcome
    • →Anyone shopping primarily on price

All money is not good money. A clear no early is worth more to both of us than a poor fit discovered in month three.
